  • How do I track an order and what are the delivery times?
    Tindaci s.r.l, ships all over the world through the service of various logistics companies. From the moment the shipment is entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the relative tracking number, which can be checked on the company's website. European shipments usually have an expected time of 72 hours.
  • How to check the availability of an item in the boutique?
    The items displayed on our site are in synchronized quantities with our store. Once finished, the word 'SOLD OUT' will appear in the biography of the same. For further confirmation please contact us via whatsapp or by phone at the numbers mentioned.
  • How to make a return?
    The customer can return the order, in whole or in part, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package both for size changes and to receive a refund. Items must be returned in perfect condition , with the original labels and packaging and any other accessories received in the package.  IMPORTANT : Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. In particular, please note that the soles of the shoes must not show signs of use and that the socks, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned.Si remember that even perfumes cannot be returned. The security seal on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken. To make a return, the customer must send an email to_ 8df6fbcc-43d3-3d99-a511 < /u>   requesting your return authorization number (RAN) .  The request must contain the following information: - order number - code of the item (s) to be returned  - reason for return   Following this request, the authorization email will be sent together to the documents necessary for shipment. Returns authorized by TINDACI SRL must be sent from the same address to which the order was sent. TINDACI SRL reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or not sent in accordance with the return policy.   In these cases, TINDACI SRL can return the package to the sender at the original shipping address.  Any acceptance of unauthorized or non-compliant returns still entails a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods on the refund due.
